(One Paragraph): A: I have tons of staff experience and know how to deal with certain situations. I was a Admin on Draco Dynasty Police RP and have recently resigned due to some issues within the staff team and people not willing to get over their differences. I know how to deal with groups of people with me being the only staff on. Calming down a group of people and resolving issues is something i have dealt with before and can handle those situations calmly. The time i have spent on the server i feel like ive made a name for myself most people are pretty familiar with me. Yes i have had my disagreements with certain individuals but they have all been fixed peacefully and reasonably. I am not toxic and i have alot of fun with most people on the server i feel as if i can keep the server going and keep it from having tons of drama going around it all the time. I would say i am pretty respected among the community so far. I have made a friendship with multiple current staff member and player and we have a great time every time we are on.
