If so, why?: A: Onyl Jails for minor things such as FailRP or breaking NLR but nothing serious Your Age: A: 17 Your Timezone: A: CT Time Played: A: 135 Hours Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I was a Senior Moderator for IceFuse MilitaryRp for about 2 months until I decided to go on Reserves Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I believe I should be on the staff team for many reasons. For starters, you guys are lacking in staff or that is what it appears to be when I go onto the server. Last week you emphasized saying I am on when staff isn't was kind of generic which is true but what I have said is true. Even Counting today I have been apart of two instances where staff was not on that I was rdmed by 2 citizens more than 10 times at about 6 AM and just now where a police officer mass rdmed everyone in the spawn area of US Spawn. You say I need more forum activity and Discord activity, but mainly Discord is used primarily to give news about Updates on each particular server and what changes are going to made or like last week when all the servers were lagging, when that will be fixed. I believe the true way to help people in this game is to help them in game. I also take the rules very seriously and have ambitions on helping this server improve in roleplay as well as in staff. I have gotten a better understanding of more in depth rules thanks to people such as Lunaa and Nine who have helped me tremendously. I have been asking for a lot more sits in my past because I now come to the realization that in order to be staff you should follow the rules at all times and so if someone breaks the rules, I should report it in order to educate the other player on the rules with a staff member or jail them because they wanted to be toxic. I have gained a good basis of people that know me who are not on the Staff Team and have come to respect me as a player and I believe building relationship is the true way to having a better RP environment. Finally, I would like to thank you guys for your consideration. I my self have never seen you on game your application seems rushed little things like in your punishments where you spell only onyl and your time zone I'd Ct. For next time I would say dont write what everyone and there mother rights, write from your "heart" and also get you name out there in a good way and dont get in trouble anymore. Nobody here is teaching you to do a staff application, nor should they have to. I find it hard to look at this as an appropriate use of the word "Mistakes" as you didn't make any in specific, you just had no idea what you were doing when you wrote this, and apparently your replies to it as well. You won't be working with anyone if you don't start paying attention to what people are telling you. I have also never met you anywhere outside of the forums, but everyone who has seems to be calling you a minge. You have not even thought about addressing this anywhere at all from what I can see, and you have only said your next staff application will be better. The issue isn't JUST the application, its also your behavior. If it were up to me I would decline this from you changing your list of punishments from the first application. I was away all of memorial day weekend with my friends, and when I got back on monday everyone was complaining about the lack of staff. I dont understand how anyone could expect me or anyone else to stay home memorial day to play video games. If thats what you plan on doing thats fine but you cant complain that nobody else wants to.
