Here are 3 screenshots which will show that today on the server Dietz Nutz hit me in a "raid" which I believe to be targeted. He did not advert the raid even though he has a history of adverting and had nothing to gain because I had just been raided by another player who I was letting out of my base. 

Here the chat logs show Ruben getting on and no advert about a raid in the chat.

Here Dietz Nutz is staring at my money printer with his gun.

And here he is seen firing on the last of the money printers.

 

Now I went to arbitration with Ruben who had been presented with a screenshot and heard what happened he had "seen enough." So he calls us both on to the roof and Dietz Nutz admits to not only blowing up the printers, but also to killing me and 3 other players repeatedly in 2 separate raids (actually adverted) yesterday. So this player has FailRP and 3x RDM charges that they are admitting to on a roof.

Now albeit we were breaking NLR by returning, but my first time returning to base I said over the mic "Hey I'm not here to fight you I'm here to let you out" I do this for players so they don't have to lock pick out of the whole base. No proof exists for either side of what happened yesterday so I refrain from speaking on it. 

Back to the roof, Ruben decides to let him off with a warning and to tell us both to "stay away from" or "avoid each other." Having been punished for much less and knowing that I reported Ruben on here for his misuse of power before I decided I wanted to kill myself, then leave the server and Ruben told me that if I did I would be punished, then proceeded to suspend me in the air. He gave me a heartfelt speech on things not always going my way before I left. I have trouble believing that Ruben did not act motivated by "revenge" when making his decision.

1. This is more of a staff report than a user report. So this is going to be moved.

2. I will deny the user part of this report. You could have easily took a screenshot of whatever part of chat you like and not show him adverting raid.

3. You again provided no steam id.

Pardon my entaglement in this report.

1. You decided to disrespect Dietz Nuts and Me after i gave the most suitable verdict regarding this situation.

2.  You decided to ignore me and run off after i gave the verdict and calling it "Bullshit" further disrespecting Dietz and Me

3. I never said to you i would punish you if you would suicide and leave the server. 

4. You gave me the screenshot and i checked the logs. There was no pressing evidence in the logs or in your screenshots that proofs he didnt advert or NLR.

5. The screenshots do not have any timestamps so i as any other person cannot see when the screenshot was taken. All you see is Dietz in your base raiding it.

1 & 2. I will still contest that this decision is one of two things, a. an attempt at revenge b. bullshit as defined by Harry Frankfurt.

3. You did, but neither of us have proof. Just for the sake of getting it clear I mentioned what you said before suspending me in the air.

4. Your words here are damning, "THE screenshot" you only saw one screenshot and claimed to have seen enough even though I told you I had more. Either you were having a bad day and didn't feel like being thorough or you made your decision once you saw I was the victim.

5. Again I'm not sure if you were having a bad day or acting in accord with your vengeful passions, but the fact you have failed to adequately perform your duties as a mod is clear. Had you checked the logs during the moment to verify my claims then my screenshot would not be need to be more clear.

 

Also in defense of the screenshot my job, money, hours, props, and hp remain constant. You can also see Seastar actively raiding in both screenshots. Finally you'll notice it is taken with my doors still blown off from Breaching Charges. All this said Drangia! is correct that I "have easily took a screenshot of whatever part of chat you like and not show him adverting raid." I'll end by reiterating that the it should not be my burden to record game sessions on OBS; when a mod is assigned a ticket they should look at all proof, validate or invalidate all reasonable facts, and offer an impartial informed decision.
