(One Paragraph): A:New paragraph for yallHere is a few of the reasons that I should be added to the staff them for this server. As I know being staff is kinda hard on big server's, there are constantly sits coming in and people losing their minds. As an ex staff member from a large server I know how to deal/call out some of the common BS that people try to pull to avoid a warn or a jailing. From what I have seen, this server has amazing staff, just not enough of them to keep an efficient flow of sit taking. Also being an ex staff member will make it easier as the training will be quicker (I am gussing there is staff training of this server). I am a had ass for the small rules. I hope with this new paragraph my apo is good enough to sway you into accepting me to the team. Also, from my experience, the staff that I have dealt with are good, but having a sever that pulls over 100 people most the time needs more staff the it has. particularly staff that wont make things less efficient, I.E staff with prior experience that know what they are doing. If it isn’t you still don’t have a excuse to have a shitty app. My app was considered good and I’ve spoke English for only 5-6 years. I was a head admin on a relatively big server and I still had to get 72 hours.
