Trippy/Cardigan Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 Your in-game name: Cardigan Backyardigan Staff members name: Autistic Shotgun Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:0:101946019 Explain what happened: So I made a sit on 3 people that broke NLR during my raid, Shotgun claimed my sit and as soon as he brought me, I told him that every person that I have killed twice since I joined the server broke nlr, because as soon as I joined I raided the casino. He said that every person that broke nlr "left" so he can't help me, even though all 3 were still online, so he returned me. I made another sit and he said "I can't deal with them man" instead of helping me. So I continued to make sits because I really wanted them jailed, then he just keeps ignoring them for the reason of "False Sit." Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc. This is required!) Cardigan when you made the sit, you should really be more specific. You made me think at first when you started playing the server. But eventually you made it clear that it was Today when the NLR was happening. I think that this is just a misunderstanding. And the only reason I let them go was because they were saying that you raided while there was a building sign up, but I can not check for that. But the reason why I punished the first one was because it was more obvious and he had said nothing about a building sign yet. And by the time he was out of jail I had almost finished the 2nd one. Robert. Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 Lets break this down, why not? So, at first Cardigan only said "kids breaking nlr" (Cardigan sounded like the only kid there tbh). Then Cardigan said "every person that I killed twice since I joined the server... broke nlr." Which would explain why Shotgun might of thought it happened when Cardigan started to play the server. Also, Cardigan never said the names of the people that broke nlr in the report or right away. When Cardigan was saying the names of the people he kept disconnecting and reconnecting which would most likely make it confusing for Shotgun. After Cardigan was brought back after respawning, he kept disconnecting some more which would probably still make it confusing for Shotgun. It would somewhat explain why Shotgun thought Cardigan was just joking around, but Shotgun still could of took the names and jailed to people. I would give it a +/- report for the confusion in the sit. But that is not it... Instead of Cardigan reporting it on the forums, he continued to spam admin sits. If Shotgun really had a 'grudge' on cardigan then he wouldn't of tried to be friendly and talk about the DarkRP situation and he most likely would of done something for Cardigan spamming the admin sits. It really just looks like Cardigan has a grudge on Shotgun. Shotgun did not hurt or harm Cardigan in ANYWAY. If Cardigan really wanted the people to be jailed then why didn't he make a user report on them. The whole point of the sit was because Cardigan wanted the people that broke NLR to be jailed. If he really wanted them to be jailed so bad he wouldn't of wasted his time writing this report on Shotgun and instead write a report on the users who broke NLR. You can also see that the second video was edited. I believe that Shotgun did apologize because the video was cropped. Why not keep the video at it's normal length if there is nothing to hide? Overall, Shotgun could of handled the situation better.
