Got false banned and the staff ignored clear evidence and I had to wait out my ban

Your in-game name: Dasas

Staff members name: BiggieCheese, discordlunaa, sbank

Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:0:140298525, STEAM_0:0:97063449, STEAM_0:0:155455385

Explain what happened: I went to log on to MBRP then I realized I was banned for RDKx5, and LTAP. I did not do anything, and did not RDK anyone. When I went to appeal it on the forums, I found that the real person who broke the rules had a very similar name to mine, but a different steam ID. Of course, I told them this, but BiggieCheese ignored this fact, and didn't reply to anyone or any staff that pointed that out. discordlunaa, however, said that she uses steamID to ban people, however we later learned that sbank was actually the one who banned me, and luna just extended it. (It said that Luna has banned me). Of course, because I had a different steam ID from the person shown in logs, it of course wasn't me, but everyone ignored this. Another thing; When luna and sbank were pointed out this fact by staff, luna stopped replying to the appeal, and sbank never replied to the appeal at all.

What happened shortly: I was banned for something someone else did with clear evidence it wasn't me breaking the rules, simply because some staff were unable to compare two steam IDS and realize they were different, and when pointed out, ignored the facts and I had to wait out my ban.

I saw this take place and haven't seen any response from any higher ups, just a lot of -supports from people not quite reading the posts. It seems clear to me that his steamid was banned accidentally and the man had to wait out an entire ban that he had no part in deserving. Brought it up a couple times to some pals higher up the food chain than me, but as we all know life can be a hurricane.

(quick edit) +/-support for the other mods, I think their errors are a bit more benign. Luna has to trust the other mods and doesn't have the ability to sift through every ban extension. Biggie also was more benign as he didn't have any real effect on the ban itself, it was just a gaffe. That being said, for sure some accountability should be put in place.

I was never intently involved w/ your ban; I just only posted the evidence that was in the extensions lol.

Yes, this ban looked wrong, and yes, I am a stoopid head for not fully reading it.However, there is literally nothing I could’ve done to help out. The higher ups/managers make the decisions on these reports, I can’t.

luna was probably just extending the ban (i'm not sure if this was during a time proof was not needed to be put in staff chat or not)

pickle rick should've checked the steamid's

biggie cheese was just pointing things out, he made a small mistake nothing needs to be done about it.

Luna is the only one who could have done anything about this, if I may be blunt. None of the others, are allowed to deal with Ban appeals. It's not their job. On that note, I myself wouldn't exactly blame Luna for extending this,  as we go off the extensions, and just do them, if they have enough proof listed on them, to do so.

Pickle Rick however, should have made sure, but at that same time, accidents happen. Especially since he's quite new. This will happen from time to time. Sorry to say, but it happens, human error will mess anything and everything up, given the chance.

I don't think the staff member in question should be punished with anything but a warning, considering it's his first thing, but I do believe you should be compensated accurately, if everything turns out to be true. (I say that like this, because I've seen this things turn a complete 180 before).

I'm not entirely too sure why the appeal hasn't been dealt with accordingly though. That's above my paygrade.
