Had law that only people that he personally knew were allowed to have a government job. To me, it feels like failRP that he was reserving government jobs to only his friends and firing anyone else that wasn't a friend of him. (See law #11 in video) In the video evidence below, you can see that I was fired from Police Officer within about 30 seconds of winning the vote for the job.
