(One Paragraph): A: I would like to join the staff team because I have great roleplay when interacting with other player im also experienced due to my time as a moderator on an Arma 3 exile server. I have also been on this server for quite a while now getting to know many of the people that play on the server and i also mentioned that I regularly checked the server rules keeping me updated even when the rules have just recently been changed. Although im only 14 i've been told by many people that i'm more mature than normal 14 year olds ( i guess you guys will have to be the judge of that though). If i'm in a channel in discord with other staff members im also able to keep quiet if needed for example when someone else in the channel is dealing with a sit i can stay quiet as long as they need. I can speak 3 languages ( German,English,Farsi ) this could help when dealing with players/members that are foreign and cannot speak good english and cant get what they want to say or prove across or to generally get them familiar with the rules and what they mean. Due to my timezone when i usually play during the day there aren't staff members on and many people rdm so I hope that me being there can help with that and let players that play at my time play in peace and have a good time. This could also help having more player play as they usually don't get on due to the rdmers. What also concerns me is that you only have 400 hours on gmod and 100 of those are on MBRP.
