If so, why?: A: Its been a long time, but some of the things i don't remember were probably because of unintended things that shouldn't have got me in trouble just because i had no proof and somehow admins would rather go off logs than rather close it because you cant guess a situation. Your Age: A: 16 Your Timezone: A: Central U.S. Time Played: A: 1008 Hours Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I was a staff member in Icefuse Networks for a long time and usually, some of the stuff to get a rank there was extremely hard since you don't get noticed for your hard work, but its still a job that must be done ( Senior Moderator ). Moonlightgaming.co was another that i was admin on, but wasn't really bad to get a rank ( Head Administrator ). There was also a server i owned with a friend and it was just beginning to become a populated server, but wasn't new ( Co-Owner ). Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: Well, why not? Half of the admins you do have, don't do their part as an admin, there are even some who don't get on to spend at least some time in the server or an example, what they do is go AFK in the server just to say i was there on admin duty when they really weren't. There are even some who do not care for what happens or even be on when the server needs it, an example to show this is when there were no admins on for 1 hour or more 2 days ago, and these two guys became juggernauts and started prop-blocking spawn, killing everyone they see and RDAing everyone they come across. And if you say you have enough admins when that is happening and they don't get any punishment for it because of no proof, or if you weren't on when it was your job to be on, then why does this server exist? This also happened a day ago where there were no admins on and we had to call the assistant manager off from the discord server to come and get this guy before he leaves. No matter what, we shouldn't have to call the assistant manager to deal with that, because there are lower ranking admins to do that job and we shouldn't have to get on discord to call a admin to get on; that's why i should be in the staff team because it looks like its needed for what is happening. ( And i'm just saying, your clearly making an oath for when you said you'll lose large amount of RP time, but why are there no admins doing their job when they made this oath from the beginning? ). How often can you be on the server?: A: There are depending days or hours of when ill be on to do this job because of school and other activities. And do i mean all of them, no, but i have seen a lot of bad admins instead of good ones not doing their job because like i said, if we have to call the assistant manager to do the job when they have better things to do, im obviously not gonna like it. Team work is something that we need heavily on the DRP staff team. So for you to make a staff application and insult the staff will not really make them like you at all. That being said you are a good guy and you were one of the people that would let me base with you back in like May. I think you are a genuine person and with a little work you would make nice staff. You seem pretty chill ngl but you definitely gotta work on your paragraph and attitude lmao. Dissing the staff team will not get you staff. If it does everyone on the team will hate you. It’s a lose lose situation. Overall don’t bring other people down for a position. Good luck but I don’t see your application going very far. I do care about you, otherwise i wouldnt have made a staff application to the reasons why its needed to be accepted, even so, there are some people i could care less if they dont care for the server themselves. I'm a volunteer for DRP and each time I get on there is always at least 2 other staff members on, and whenever a ticket pops up one of us is quick to get to it, all of the staff have activity.
