Explain what happened:

Main Claim(Proof)

 I had a hit on whom I would assume is this staff members friend. I was chasing my target around who at the time was named Apple. Once I shot him a couple of times and finally killed him the staff member immediately went into admin mode, without checking any logs, picked me up and jailed me. I was never called to a sit and was never given the chance to explain my side of the story. When I made a claim and requested to speak to the staff member, he would would claim and close my sit without reading it and or coming to speak to me about the situation, technically considered sit farming, but also wrong on my part for making excessive sits probably .

Other Claim (No Proof)

I killed the user Apple as he had taken ammo that I had bought, when he preceded to make a claim about it the staff member brought me and told me that it was not allowed even though the ammo, an entity, is technically owned by me as I purchased it. This occurred twice without the staff member ever giving me a chance to fully explain my side of the story. I assume that this user is the staff members friend, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

This is my side of the story. This guy rdmed the same person 3 times. I was the one who accepted the sits against him because i was on duty. after he got jailed the first time he kept spamming and spamming with sits. He talked to Azeral(council member) about the situation and Azeral reviewed the situation and saw i was in the right. He spammed and spammed and spammed with sits even after he talked to Azeral. we were ignoring the sits because he was already told that he did rdm and was making false sits. he said the same thing multiple times during the sit coming up with different reasons why he killed the guy and none of them was "i had a hit", he continuously said "he took my ammo". The logs for this are also too far up so i cant take a picture of them. he killed the player 3 times and one of them was a hit. thats why he only got jailed for two. And shall i add that in the fact you did get called into a sit EVERY single time you rdmed him.

+support, admin should never automaticaly get in admin mode and jail you if they do not know any of the situation. + In order to do an action, they need to claim a sit. + admin should never open and close sits right after because that could count as sit farming

                   Mistakes happen, he could use a little more training. We've all made a mistake before and considering he is "Staff in Training" he will learn from these mistakes for future staff monitoring. Staff should never take their own sits. Possible Sit Farming too.

Note: Although, not sure who provided him with the staff restricted proof. "Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc. This is required!)" is user proof not staff logs.

To someone that is new to staff the logs can be confusing so he may have not realised that he had the hit

on the other hand he should have not jailed without hearing both sides of the story

and to the staff member that provided the proof if you think that another staff member did something wrong take it to the manager and be up front if your gonna provide the evidence dont go and cut your name out of it, kinda a coward move ngl

Did you mean +support? If you say he is backing up his report with clear evidence you want to +support his report. -Support would be saying the staff in question was okay to do such action.
