Staffing Experience (Optional):

A I have had many staffing Experience from when i first decided to create my own server called ElifeRP, it took a lot of work and dedication to get it out there but it did well and build around me a good team. Around all of this i find having the experience of running and building up is great due to being able to have the ability to adapt to new servers well and giving the server ideas that i used in the past that worked for me, i had the server up for 5-6 months but had to close it due to personal issues/not having enough time. After a couple of months i decided to go and explore other servers and joined the following server = ViceCityRP/Civiant Gaming/ SpartanGaming. All of those servers are previous ones i have worked on in the past and dedicated a lot of my time to, i gained a lot of experience of listening to highers ups due to i was used for thing going my way but i taught me how to adapt to different servers and learn from them which i have done. Throughout the times of me running with those servers plus mine, i have over a year of experience under my belt which i find it becoming a boost of joining others.

 

Reasons me leaving those servers was lack of management a lot of the time but from the looks of this server management seems to be great

Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph):

A: I think the reason i should be accepted on the staff team because yes i do have the experience but most of all i know how to deal with very stressful situations and i know how to put people in there place when needed to. I come across as a very chill person as i have the name ChillBeanz, a lot of sits i have taken in the past in the others previous  servers i take them very mutually and professional depending on what the situation may be. For me it is very easy for me to adapted to new servers staff wise. I am very committed on servers i join and always put 100% every session/sit i'm in. I set myself to be as chill as possible with a professional tone depending on what the situation is. I try and get involved in is much as possible and try and take as much knowledge form experienced staff on the server
