Jmanp Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 From what I see in this video you didn't give him any warnings via the advert system and it was only for a very short time he was "harassing" you. As for the RDM like pointed out before Dyingcat adverted Terror and then killed you. If someone is constantly following you and spamming you with mean comments simply start by giving them three warns via the advert system and if they continue then kill them. I do notice he raids PD as a terrorist which is a big no-no. He will be punished. But this is not harassment. He left after his insult on calling you a dog.
