Banned for having gun?

I'm pretty sure this is the right section, I was banned for a day by Osama for having a gun as a pissed baby, it says nowhere that I can't use a gun, after I say "I'm PISSED!" So I got banned for RDMx3 and some other thing I can't recall, If this is how the server is in terms of not telling players specifically what you can and can't do in your job , I don't wish to be a part of it, just like i was kicked from the game earlier for building a home in the street as a hobo, saying I couldn't block the road, you could easily get through the road. I have a SERIOUS issue with the way things are explained and handled, also was warned for failrp because I refused to sell a guy guns who called me a "Nigger" demanding a gun. How is this fair in the slightest? What kind of server is ran here where all these dumb things get you in trouble, when none of them are clearly explained and you're expected to just know the rules, when they aren't shown or told to you, these small details, are what got me in trouble, not knowing things that are apparently "Common sense". Probably won't be coming back to the server after this session. Thanks to all of those who actually cared about the players and did as much as they could to help, Thanks for reading this all the way through.

Cant have a gun as a baby you can only use the weapon you spawn with, you refused serivce as a gun dealer witch is also not aloud

I was never told that I can't use the gun as a baby, nor is it posted anywhere in the rules, plus The dude was calling me names, you don't know how to handle a situation, I don't know why they made you an admin, you made up some random rule before too saying as a gun dealer I can only base with guards, no other faction, and when confronted about it, you returned me to my original location, not even discusing it. if this isn't proof you should be fired, I don't know what is. even when I asked for a second staff's opinion, you told me no, and that I'll be warned the next time I do it. if theres a complaint section, can I PLEASE hve it linked to me.
