The staff member said the aggressor wasn't trying to kill me, then he jailed me and didn't ban the aggressor. Slippy Slappy Posted January 30, 2020 Share Posted January 30, 2020 You shouldn't have ran away from the area of where you were brought; there was no blood on the ground, and there was no reason to ban him for a tab out, since I did see him tab back in right after I came back from checking RDM Manager; not including that you lied about the RDM situation. Though, I'm also hoping you know as of misclicks; it is allowed in certain ways, I intentionally did believe it was by mistake; otherwise, he would have kept shooting at you or shot you once again in the sit. And by going off of Staff Guidelines for which I did, the benefit of the doubt and banning for unreasonable things is what i did give him if that was the case, so i truly do not believe anything was broken beyond it. Even though he was shot, running away is the problem, which is why a user report could be brought up if needed, and misclicks in rp is not a thing but out of rp can be, but I'm sure it was reasonable enough for him to understand as of being staff, I will not ban someone unreasonably like that just because it was a tab out-in and he was shot far away, I understand if he looks directly at him and shoots but other than that, it was a warning offense Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RDM in Situation - If the user would be banned, add another 12 hours to the punishment. If the user would normally not be banned, but then did this, ban for 12 hours. If there is an offense under a ban (like RDMx1) add 6 hours for every offense. EX. RDM in a Sit + RDMx1 would be an 18 hour ban.
