Explain what happened: I was walking around and randomly got killed by this person. He then proceeded to mass rdm anyone who went around him. He also left to avoid punishment...

Your pictures do not show MRDM (Mass RDM) It only shows the user "Garfield" killing a total of 18 kills, But we also can't just ban him for 18x rdm off of pictures as he could have been ARDM'd (Attempted rdm) a few times.
When making a user report it is best if you have some sort of video to back up these claims.

For now I am going to stay neutral to this topic and I will wait to see what another administrator has to say about this..

Edit: Mass RDM is 20 kills and above.

Ok perfect, though 18 kills is alot lmao. I sadly don't have a video either, i thought SS of 18 kills back to back would be good enough for something.

Yes he totally killed 18 people out of pure self defense. Seems legit.
