STEAM_0:0:71487010: STEAM_0:0:460229270 Explain what happened: Yumi has an illegal sign on his base and wont explain to me why and how it is illegal just says "Not my issue", also has a KOS if inside on the bank, he is unfit to be staff if he dosnt know the rules.
