Explain what happened:

 Watch the video, The guy who called the sit "kranky guy" says I was not allowed to kill him, regardless of the fact that I warned him 3 times, because I "walked up to him" but in the video, you can clearly see, that if anything he walked up to me, and started clicking his c4.

I was jailed for "Fail rp and RDM" which was a 10 minute jail. both are false, let me explain. 

in the MOTD it clearly states, 

• You may Warn players to step away from you if they are following you, trying to disturb you, or on the property you or your party members own.
• You must advert "WARN" three times before acting upon your warn.
  
  Ellie says you need to wait 3 seconds between adverts. But the MOTD and official rules say nothing about this (the only two WARN rules are listed above), Sure you can claim common sense, but its not really common sense.
  even after I showed ellie these rules he refused to listen to me, and jailed me unfairly. 
  
  Just for fun, lets say that I did failrp by not waiting this 3 second cooldown (that by the official DarkRP rules, does not exist) It still was not RDM, because you can clearly see at the end of the video he adverted terror, So i had every right to kill him, regardless of this non existent rule. 
  
  Also if u watch the video, its pretty fucking obvious I waited 3 seconds inbetween adverts, regardless of this rule being real or not. Ellie did not even watch the video i provided in the sit.

heres the vid that led to the sit being called, you can clearly see he walked up to me, and after being warned 3 times (and given sufficient time to leave) the player ran in circles around me, so i couldnt hit him)

heres the vid of the sit itself, i clearly gave ellie proof that this 3 second rule did not exist, and instead of checking MOTD for himself, he basically flips me off and jails me saying report it to the forums.

I think this is a pretty obvious case of the staff member taking sides with a player just cuz they are friends. I say this because any normal staff member would have checked the rules and been like oh u know what it doesn't actually say anything. And if this rule does exist, FUCKING PUT IT IN THE RULES/MOTD. How do you expect people to follow rules when they arent written in the rules.

The staff member should have checked to confirm there statement after you attempted to correct them, there is no rule stating you must wait 3 secs between adverts.

If we are going by the exact rules he did step away from you after you adverted so your warns were then null and you can't continue to shoot him.

you took the first steps toward me and i slowly followed, you didnt show that video but a condensed version during the sit. now it makes her look bad and they will probably get a staff strike. the video you showed in the sit was me standing right next to you at around :15 seconds of this video. i can go back and see which link you posted and you need to post this during the sit. it is kinda baiting. this is the video you posted during the sit and it does not show the entire context.
