I was banned for a few days due to a misunderstanding of intervals between kidnapping (I was making a human zoo!) Q: Your Age: A: 19 Q: Your Timezone: A: EST (GMT-4) Q: Time Played: A: My in-game counter is not currently correct but it is within 80 hours - 120 hours of game-time on Exhibition. I have attached my total Garry's Mod hours for consolation. Q: Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I staffed a Dark-RP server named 'Lithium Gaming' three + years ago. I was an administrator that did some work with LUA issues but mainly enforced rules and created events for the community. Q: Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I love the environment that Garry's Mod brings to a lot of people that simply do not have too many friends offline. I was a pretty lonely kid growing up so it is cool to have a platform to have people freely express themselves and have a good time. I should be accepted on the staff team as it is something I would enjoy doing and can bring a lot to the community in terms of events, ideas, and creating an environment that doesn't focus on punishment but punishment prevention by reinforcing a good community standard. The majority of players here on Garry's Mod and Exhibition particuarly are here to escape from the outside issues we all deal with in our everyday lives and I would enjoy being a good medium to provide that service to others. In terms of what I can provide off of Garry's Mod I know a decent bit of SEO and can help market the server a bit. I also need something to do in my freetime between sets at the gym, school, whatever so I will become more active in the forums and entertain those off of the server - my forum history is void as I just now made this account). Q: How often can you be on the server?: A: I am in college with two classes online & volunteer in my community as a Firefighter/EMT so time is decently taken up. I would be on a couple of days a week for multiple hour intervals and preferably on peak times. Q: Are you familiar with the rules?: A: Yes! I had read over the rules when I first started and read over them even better when I got banned for my misunderstanding of the kidnapping intervals. I also read them before I wrote this application after reading the TOS. Q: Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? A: Absolutely. I enjoy DarkRP but the only thing I really enjoy about it is the social aspect. I am not too big of a fan of the actually gameplay of DarkRP and would rather spend my time staffing than roleplaying. I thoroughly enjoy fixing issues and creating a fun environment for others. One of my favorite things to do currently on Exhibition is to tell people jokes for money that I waste on coin flips. At least on MBRP it is) 2) Forum activity is non existant. 3) Playtime kinda low in my opinion. Not a bad app overall just bad timing. Nevertheless, good luck.
