Neg Posted March 30, 2020 Share Posted March 30, 2020 -Support. The rules have been changed for quite some time. You are allowed to base on-top of a building if you own the doors. Previously you were not allowed to base on a rooftop unless you actively used the bottom portion of the building. If you were told you can't base ontop of a building recently, then whoever told you was incorrect. If it was Thrill provide evidence of it.
