I talked to him on discord, but he blocked me after claiming his rank allowed him to, though looking at the guidelines he sent me for the rank, it states he cannot go behinde a managers back and deny a report though the report post feather on him self. It states "No changes can be made to Council’s abilities/powers without involving ALL council members in the discussion. Going behind council members backs is not fair and leads to division and fighting among staff members. All changes made to council without council approval will be void. In addition to this, Council cannot go behind the managers backs to grant abilities they didn’t have previously." meaning that he cannot go and grant himself powers without consulting managers. He is not granting himself powers as it says he can do it "Can still accept / deny suggestions " Should read it correctly.. It was located in the Suggestions tab meaning hes allowed to deal with it.
