HELLO SO I’M MAKING THIS REPORT INSTEAD OF COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS BECAUSE THEY LIKE MY STAFF REPORTS AND THEY THINK IM WORTHY TO MAKE THEM, ANYWAY A COUPLE DAYS AGO A STAFF MEMBER BY THE NAME KOLBER WAS MINGING AND HARASSING MY FRIENDS WHEN THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO RP, MY FRIENDS JUST BASING AND ENJOYING THE PRINTER EVENT THIS DUDE WAS DOOR MINGING AND HARASSING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN THOUGH HE WAS TOLD TO GO AWAY, AND FROM MY PERSPECTIVE AS AN EX STAFF THIS IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL , HE ALSO ARDMED A PLAYER INTO THE VIDEO BECAUSE OF HIM MINGING!!!  LATER THAT DAY MY OTHER FRIEND WAS FALSLEY BANNED BY THE SAME STAFF MEMBER BECAUSE HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW HIS OWN GUIDELINE, MY FRIEND KIDNAPPED HIM IN THE PUBLIC WHICH WILL LEAD TO A 5 MINUTES JAIL BUT INSTEAD THE STAFF MEMBER DECIDED TO BAN HIM FOR A FULL 12 HOURS WHICH WE ALL KNOW FROM MY PREVIOUS STAFF REPORT IS NOT ALLOWED, YOU CAN'T PUNISH FOR RDK IN A SIT UNLESS ITS DONE IN STAFF LAND, YOUR GUIDELINE SAYS THAT YOU NEED TO REPORT PLAYERS TO ADMIN LAND WHEN TAKING SITS SO PLAYERS DOESN'T DISTURB YOU!!! THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE STAFF MEMBER (WHO GOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT APPLYING BTW) [BECAUSE THOROBRED RUSHING STAFF  APPLICATIONS LMAO] SHOULD BE PUNISHED AND MORE LIKE DEMOTED AND SHOULD BE APPLYING LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!! +Some context on the event, Luxe called the exact same sit as me but hers got taken like 3 minutes earlier than mine and when mine eventually got taken, Kohler came to me when I was out in the middle of the street just to tell me that the user was already punished and theoretically the sit should have been over. But that's when Luxe kidnapped Kohler so it should've been a minute jail for RDK and not a whole 12 hour ban for RDK in a SIT

There is many things wrong with this,  Kohler punished someone on the outside that had no knowledge of a sit going on. This is why in the guidelines it states, for this reason exactly, to bring the person to the sit room/staff land. He should be taking sits like the one he was taking inside of a sit room. 

Also , as staff you are supposed to be mature in all situations even in RP sitting in front of my base and door minging is not a mature thing to do at all.

Imagine accepting an ex-staff onto the team without him applying. That isn't fair  to the people who apply. how is this possibly as false ban, the dude literally didn't advert and knocked out a staff on duty. it doesn't matter if the sit isn't in Admin land it doesn't HAVE to, its just a suggestion the rule literally states its just to stop people from bothering the sit. You can hear the kid laughing in the vid, knows what he did was wrong. -support if anyone here is the minge its ghosty trying to constantly get people in trouble. The kid laughing in the video is the person who called the SIT, and if you read his reply you would know the SIT technically should've been over since all the staff member was doing is telling Kranky that the user was punished already. So it shouldn't have been a bannable offense, should've been a 5 minute jail for RDK.

It's ok i understand you're trying to suck the staff member dick but ill respect your opinion, also i have full rights to report any staff member that doesn't follow the guideline, Just leave if u don't like it.
