Overall -support so yes, your argument would make sense if Soy was not basing with Uzi. this would totally make sense if he was not a hobo lord and was just DRP>MBRP as put that there in public for everyone to see while the building beneath him was not his base; which brings it to my next point. you don't gotta base on top of a building, if that building's doors are owned by soy and uzi, then its their base and they have every right to build whatever they want on top of that building. there is a room beneath that roof that you can base in and that is probably the case, but you did not include that and instead included the top of the base and that only. the only things you have going for you are that he was not hobo lord, it was on top of a building (that, presumably, was owned by soy and Uzi) and Uzi said that he saw your point and he was being nice and decided to let Soy base with him. you have no proof that they didn't own that building and it wasn't their base, therefore you are underdocumented and this report is invalid. also, doing this is not against the rules whatsoever, it just seems like to me you are annoyed with seeing his ad of selling ingame $ for real $. I give a fuck that he is breaking the rules and placing textscreens as a non-hobo job without a base and a single prop and a textscreen is not a base.
