Explain what happened:

This one staff member was targeting me the whole day today, Camping outside my base and shooting at our windows and such, Anyway one time he jumped on a window seal which technically part of my property [i got the confirmation from the community manager about this (evidence 3)] and i raped him with my Asimov (evidence 1), The minge staff make a sit on me and claims its RDM and he was on the sidewalk, The staff member check RDM manager and claims it was on a sidewalk (evidence 2) which is total bullshit as you can see in the first video, The Staff member refused to take my recordings as evidence, basically the staff member being bias toward his fellow other staff member and falsely jails me, Such a romantic move!.

This staff member is in the wrong for refusing to see the evidence. People can see things differently on their screen compared to rdm manager, even when GhosTy was willing to show evidence to prove his innocence Kohler denied all of it saying that rdm manager was right over him. This makes him look extremely bias, and the evidence CLEARLY shows that Alexx was on his property. This was a false jail and is also why people should apply rather than just let back on the staff team with no application.

Can you post the full clip of evidence 3, cause i just wanna know the exact question you asked nutla?

Also rdm manager MAY not record the exact placement of a models foot so i could see this just ending with: "the staff member used every tool he had at his disposal to  receive a conclusion that seemed fit"

This was not fit what so ever because even though he was on the window, the area around that property is still his. As you can see in "Line 2" the overhang provided on the building would extend the actual property out to that point thus extending the area in which is KOS applies. However, if you would like to claim that this overhang does in fact not extend the KOS area, then "Line 1" is also apart of the property at that line as you can see by the building being parted as such on both sides. By technicality GhosTy was in the right by killing him and this jail was false. Alexx was on the property more than just the window.

This same concept to other bases I will show below with their designated lines of property ownership/ KOS area.

Don't forget biased. Everyone knows staff members side with each other and come up with biased answers. In the video alex is being a minge and shooting inside our base. He then proceeded to come onto our property. That resulted in his death and a false biased jail. There a multiple clips of both of these staff members being mingey and abusing powers. For some reason the kohler guy has a grudge against ghosty even though he is a good guy :).

context to my question, i killed him again at a close spot the same window, that's why i asked him about it 

also if RDM manager record the exact placement of models, it should show that he was above ground which should indicate that he was on the window, not the sidewalk

but still they didn't want to take my recordings and he only took the staff member side so it proves its bias

 

i would love if the staff member show me the RDM MANAGER, he is supposed to save a screenshot of that and every other punishment, The staff member can be lying as he didn't show me not atleast a screenshot of it!

I very much agree with you we as the staff team do have a lot we need to work on and try to approve. I would like to apologize to @GhosTy for the inconvenience this has caused. Its My fault that i wasn't aware of the properties boundaries. Im going to take this as a learning experience and make sure this does not happen again.
