STEAM_0:0:71487010: idk,this is not even needed for staff reports Explain what happened: (This was supposed to be up with kohler staff report but i was tired yesterday) ill explain it as simple as i can, this staff member was targeting me my whole game season yesterday, he was following me around, targeting me with every advert ,camping outside my base for hours and baiting me into killing him on my own base window so he make sits on me and claims its rdm pretty sure most of you got an idea from what i'm talking about from the staff report i made on kohler for false jailing me yesterday, for somewhat reason i don't understand Alex wasn't punished for lying to the other staff member about Kill being on the sidewalk instead of the window, even thought the other staff member handled the sit poorly but the main reason i got falsely jailed was Alex, he was lying about the whole situation to the point he as spamming chat in the sit and claiming that RDM manager will show that he was on the sidewalk when i killed him. (Evidence 1) Later that day he was camping outside my base when me and michael were chilling, He was baiting us into shooting him so he can go outside and claims its ARDM (Evidence 2), but since he knows im recording 24/7 he tried to get me to kill him outside so he claims that i did RDM him outside the base, and since i didn't do it he just killed me Then decided to abuse his C4 bomb to suicide and avoid an RP situation since Michael was in my party and can kill him in return(Evidence 3), i tried to kill him with a terror so maybe he will go away (you can clearly see him wiggling in and outside the base hoping that when i kill him the RDM manager will show him outside the base AKA minging[Evidence 4 1:02]) but nope he came back and advert assassinate to kill me, Harassment in it finest (Evidence 3) Now we get to the fun part, this staff member keeps blatantly lying in every sit he makes, Makes it look like he was in the right to the other staff members, This is Happened in kohler sit that i reported and also in a sit with Mechz and Nutla, it started with a sit with Mechz, Alex was claiming i RDM'ed him even thought My last kill him were a Terror advert and the one before it he was in my base (Evidence 4) after Mechz told him it was a Terror advert Alex started claiming that the kill before the terror were RDM, Telling the staff to check RDM manager about the "lolaction", Mechz then disconnect (i heard he crashed) and Alex tells Nutla to deal with the sit, He started claiming that second to Last death were RDM and tells Nutla to check RDM manager which what Nutla did, Nutla then brings him to the Location of the situation and doesn't brings me, Alex tries to lie out to Nutla, Michael was there (this will be included in Evidence 5 at 7:11, look closely at michael livestream gmod chat) Alex was claiming that he was on the sidewalk and how it was RDM and how he was the green model (again, it was the Terror i did on him and he knows that) but that where i told michael to tell them that was the Terror advert, Alex instantly started claiming the kill before that was the actual RDM and not this kill, The sit was then concluded when Nutla told him that it was a terror advert and the kill before it he was inside my base (Evidence 5 included the whole situation from begging of Mechz sits to the ending of Nutla sit so its kinda long) Basically this staff member was Targeting me with everything he could, Minging and trying to get me to kill him outside my base, Trying to get his fellow staff members in trouble by making false sits, Claiming that he was in the right and lying in the sits in hope the staff member jails me because he knows ill end up reporting them, Wasting my time and the other staff member time, Really ironic how all of this comes from a guy who was demoted before for harassment Overall this is really unprofessional and immature from the minge staff member. This is disgusting to see a staff member doing these types of things. Blatantly lying to your superior in a sit is disgraceful. A staff member targeting one of the most loyal and experienced RP'ers. Don't forget about one of the top donators. In my eyes the staff members should get punished for this distasteful act. Also don't try to hide the obvious facts. Alex even tried setting up kohler in one of the sits lying about rdm. Staff members side with each other and everyone knows this. When i was staff i would never betray that brotherhood. We would put our trust in each other and still check for the truth. @GhosTy you forgot the staff members steam id. You know they are gonna find anyway to deny this so the punishment wont be handed out. I also assumed you where completely fine with be being out side ur base as you have not said one word to me telling me " I dont like you being at my base can you leave " if you would have told me that I would have said " Sure! " Evidence 1 - I was saying check rdm manager nothing much there Evidence 2 - I do admit that was a little mingy, and idk why i was looking sideways for u Evidence 3 - I was tabbed and you shot me then I shot back, that chat message was not have the time or directed to you... Evidence 4 - Nutla already handled that (He can confirm) , but it was 5am no one is on the server and I was just chill and talking with nutla and damp and they where just outside ur base. Idk why you cut that big part out of me talking to them (aging Nutla can confirm this). Evidence 5 - Thats just the sit nothing much but you can see why i thought it was rdm cus just a toe is not something you notice. Like I said in #4 Evidence 3-5 Nutla already handled it and talked to me about it. Now lets go over some of my proof, not much but juts to prove that it was in a big span of time and showing only 2 of those where in one day. Also "Evidence 2" happened much more than what was just shown in the clip you were doing this way more than that, there is clear evidence that your intention in all of the clips clips was to get GhosTy in trouble and be minge around our base. Reason 2: Something that shocks me is that this is not your first time getting in trouble for harassing while being staff. That is because I DEMOTED YOU for harassing players. The fact that you are doing things similar to what you were doing all that time ago is cause for concern. There is a good chance he did not even tell Thorobred and he could of just told you to leave GhosTy alone and left it at that. This is something that will show your actual manager what you are doing in game and how you are acting, so you actual manager can deal with it. The fact that Nutla "dealt with it" is a bad point cause it does not hide the fact that you were still minging and harassing someone while being staff. Again and i repeat, all the videos from (Evidence 2) to (Evidence 5) are done in the same day same hour if you want to see what Alex was doing the day before it, i already included it in my other staff report, Totally wasn't trying to bait us to kill him on the window so it looks like he was on the sidewalk. This is a very descriptive and well written report with valid evidence to show that in fact Alex was minging. Another corrupt staff member falling to the rp experience ruiner.
