Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): In my past, staffing Minecraft servers was one of the highlights to my gameplay. I am very acquainted with rules and guidelines and how they are to be presented as well as enforced, in a professional and mature manner. To add on to my experience, I have learned a multitude of communication skills from my current job employment. We are taught the ability to relate to others, taking account of another viewpoint, and being a good active listener. These are key factors in staffing, being able to understand the situation, listen to different parties, and put yourself in their shoes to accordingly follow guidelines to take control of the situation. As a staff member I would apply commutation skills into my work, enforce rules in a mature and professional manner, and be a role model for the community. How often can you be on the server?: I am online 4-7 hours daily, this can fluctuate depending on my schedule. Are you familiar with the rules?: Yes, I've taken time to learn the rules. Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? I am aware. Are you aware that you must be active on the discord/forums aswell as in-game to keep a staff position if you are accepted? Made your account few days ago. 5) Never saw you online or at least I never noticed you. Edit: No I won't fix my response. I don't care if his hours are in the requirements they're still low and in my opinion a very valid reason to -support someone. Realize that. 182 Posted May 5, 2020 Share Posted May 5, 2020 + Support +Seems Mature. +/- Support +/- Decent App - Support - Never Seen You On Before. - Not Involved In The Community Whatsoever. - Only Started Playing Recently Overall, -Support To be real, you've only started playing recently and that doesn't look good on a staff app, I've only heard of your name in introductions which shows me that you've lacked the ability to get your name out there within the community which isn't good in the slightest for a staff, although you do have a decent app and a mature tone backing you, I don't think you'd make a good staff quite yet.
