To be clear, this report is for discord. Not drp. There’s no section for a discord report so Im doin it here

Explain what happened:

before I start, the main reason I cane here is because Miskie/dylan doesn’t respond to pms at all

I'll tell you how this all started to begin:

I joined discord one day after being offline for a month or two. I decided I wanted to call Thrill ugly, which I do(https://gyazo.com/20b1d18c81cc7d29a5922824ed3cc772)

and then I say: "@thrill sorry pal didn't mean to offend you"

Which in my defense, if I didn't @ him the message wouldn't make much sense. It was directly to him, so it's pretty relevant. I think this part is also false.

I got restricted, and decided that I didn't really wanna be in the discord anymore. So I left, and a day later, after my restriction was more than half way over anyways, I joined back and immediately got banned.

I sent a message to thrill immediately, which is how he knew I joined. He was mad a bout the messages I sent him (I assume) which were some small insults, then banned me.

But the thing is, dyno role persist was already a thing.

Thrill used the rolepersist command on me when he restricted me

I tested this in a discord server I made just to test it, same message. Gz even said that it had been used on him too

Thrill said that he just made rolepersist to justify me being restricted still, but he's lying.

Im only restricted because of thrill's massive bias towards me. Gingie even agrees; what I "did" had no harm behind it for exhibition at all.

This is proven because I was unbanned, the ban was false too

Thrill is even handling his own reports. He closed a ban appeal I opened when he was the one who restricted me falsely and falsely banned me

Overall, the first restriction that was a day long, somewhat false maybe not. Who knows, who cares. The ban, definitely was false. This restriction that was a week, definitely false. I didn’t even do anything, if you think I did something show proof and give a valid reason that matches the proof. Thanks

Me leaving the discord just to join back into my previous day restriction doesn’t justify a week longer of restriction

I do have to agree with gz. I was informed of another server being created with the same template as the main discord... 1 month ago now idk even remember. I do not see any changes. Now before you hit me with, "They are behind the scenes". Bull shit the only thing I have seen from our Minecraft manager is that combined 1 role :OMG: :OMG: :OMG: that is absolutely crazy. Great work!

I know Voided and Thrill had a past since they were "partners" in a sense of when he was Senior admin when voided was manager but I know the bias is there is it just strange how far it is going...

LOL, Alright, let me explain since you'd desperately like to hear. What had consisted of what had happened was you so desperately liked to mention me for a non valid reason which in state of what you screen-capped, I will take  (https://gyazo.com/20b1d18c81cc7d29a5922824ed3cc772) had no relevance nor meaning towards why you needed to mention me to tell me this. After you’d mentioned me and stated what you did, I told you to refrain from mentioning me again, (which you in your claim had agreed to), and decided to mention me once more. I went ahead and grabbed the SS of me telling you not to. Here: (https://gyazo.com/adc4dbdf53da8a7a7306b1da232b0630) After you were previously being told not to mention me again for a non valid reason you had decided it was “justified” to mention me once more (https://gyazo.com/af71c2ecb030986f82050eee7a59adf3) to that next mention which didn’t need to happen, I had went ahead and chat restricted you since you didn’t need to mention me for that, and you could of dealt with just sending it in chat. If it was so justified to mention me. After you previously being upset, you decided to spam my DMs and ranting (https://gyazo.com/644c9122783d0d4530af6510865511ce) after previously me telling you you’d be unrestricted in a day however you didn’t like this, and decided to leave and rejoin the next day before your restriction was up. As you had joined the discord I went ahead and role persisted you, and set up a system to keep it that way. You can argue “It’s always been a thing” but it wasn’t setup, and didn’t work that way cause the bots stupid, so I went ahead and banned you since you had joined before your restriction was up which if you didn’t know is called (punishment avoiding). Since then, I had talked to Miskie and Frosty about your actions, and since I had mentioned to them that I had set up the system, we thought we’d extend your mute sentence for (leaving and rejoining to avoid your punishment) and gave you a week restriction with a ban lift, and yes many people have done this in the past and “got away with it”, but that’s because nobody really cared like you all mentioned, which isn’t completely accurate, cause you can see we do care, and will put it into action. 

 

• Now for the whole bias, and being upset situation, I honestly don’t know where you’d get that from, considering I honestly didn’t care enough to be upset or mad with you about anything, I had put punishments into action, and you got upset, and started spamming my my DMs as there’s a screenshot above. 
• My statement with Gingie was I told him why you were restricted, he had argued with me, and made points that I later put into perspective, which you still didn’t like, but then again, you shouldn’t have mentioned me for a non valid reason twice. 

 

Let me also claim that you had no real intent of actually wanting to care, you were only here to “fuck with thrill” as you and Gingie had stated in a DM. (https://gyazo.com/33027287533630c26678096f2a80b198) which to me, is extremely childish, cause your only plan in this whole situation was really to “fuck with thrill” which I don’t yet understand, considering you said it yourself. So was the restriction false no. Was it valid, yes, cause you had no real intent of not trying to “minge” and only wanted to procrastinate and cause trouble.

I wouldn’t call it spam, I was trying however to get a response. Pms have nothing to do with the server in this case, so this means nothing to the report.

This is a lie. I literally have a screenshot that shows I was re-restricted on joining straight from your audit logs. Thanks @ThatOneGingie. Couldn’t quote this for some reason, but I think I did have to mention you. There was chat beforehand, so I wanted to make sure you saw that was I was sorry you got offended. Gingie also agrees with this part.

 

Also @IsThrillif you could stop deleting gz’s comments from my post that’d be great. They are insightful and in my opinion relevant to the report

Of me role persisting you yes. Sorry if you think it was automated which ginge doesn't have access to miskies bot commands to actually show I had done/performed the action. If you believe this is a lie, then alright lol.

Correction* You didn't have to mention me, because what you had to say which wasn't really important could of been said without mentioning me.

The feature that has been setup with dyno automatically removes the users command upon entering, so that's unfortunate

I did join back to pm thrill. I told gingie this as well. I believe there’s even a screenshot from thrill. There was no malicious intent towards the discord itself

The reason I joined back doesn’t matter, more that the restriction is false anyways.

Like I had stated previously to you, the best I got was a SS of the persist going through. Previous commands/actions by myself automatically get deleted by the bot.
