My Discord server isn't Exhib related anymore. Club Penguin doesn't exist in the game and we stopped recruiting new people for months now. The only thing that relates it to Exhib is that the majority of people in it play or used to play in the server.

this is pretty clear that he doxxed phantom and rees showing a picture of them that was deleted, which is a yikes

but also, as a staff member you shouldnt say the n-word whatsoever. not only should you be demoted but punished for possibly doxxing those two

I only showed people I trust, and if you were saying the N word + spreading my face around as staff (aka doxxing) this showed me you are immature and not fit for staff.
I would like you banned for doxxing.

That is not doxxing, He did not spread any private information to a public place, person or anything related to that. Therefore its not doxxing. Also, you shouldnt have showed your face on the internet. this is a common sense risk and you really should have expected it.

You with full consiousness put your face on a camera. Therefore him asking wouldnt be required if you are knowingly putting a picture or anything related out there.

It kind of is doxxing, because I showed my face to only a few select people I trust. He leaked my face photos to people who arent even in the discord where I showed my face, also if you didn't know I was doing it in a VC where only 3-5 people were in.

Im not defending his actions, i dont agree with them one bit. 

My point is it isnt doxxing on a technical standpoint so he shouldnt be banned for that.

1) The Discord server you're referring to is mine and it's not related to Exhibition server anymore because there is no Club Penguin and I quit playing a long time ago. Why would I have a Discord dedicated to a server I don't even play?    In other simple words: Yes it used to be related. No it's not anymore.

2) You're wrong. The only people in my Discord that +supported are me and xd lol that you can call "his friends" With the same logic I can say that most of the people that -supported are yours and Jush's friends.

3) You spread your own face. Think before you act and start showing your face to people on the internet. Also learn what the term "Doxing" means. In addition, if you only showed your pic to people you "trust" then go ask them why everyone has your picture. Maybe you can't "trust" your so called friends as much as you thought.

the fact is that his face was spread without his permission which is essentially what doxing is. Whether some people had his picture doesnt change the fact that other people did not, it is Upper's fault for spreading Rees's and Phantoms face.

You can't show your face to a group of people online and then call it doxing when it's spread out. He did give "permission" then moment he decided to turn on his camera and show himself.

No matter what, if you leak information about someone without permission, that is doxxing. The people who he leaked it to, were not even in the discord where I showed my face. Also, it's common sense. I trusted you not to take a screenshot. It's common sense to not screenshot someones face and send it everywhere without the persons permission.

For example, if you are a pedophile, of course you are going to get banned.
In exhibition rules it clearly states you cant break discord TOS.
If this is doxxing, then yes this is against discords TOS.

So this is obviously a -Support.

We have had the same policy's regarding racism for nearly a year now. Whether you're African American or not our policy doesn't allow our staff team to use terms like this. In my eyes this was completely justified.. Regarding the other allegations brought forth by @{Rees} - Nova Prospekt and @Phantom those would have to be handled in a user report. This topic has been Denied and closed.
