(Two Paragraph's that are coherent and full) A: I think I should be on the staff team because I noticed that the server needs staff and I think I would be a good candidate. I'm active and on the server every day, and I'm a helpful person to other members of the community. Though it's been a while since my last application, I think I'm still able to help out as I tried back then. I'm just asking for a chance to help out. If you give me a chance I'd do my best on being on every day helping out with sits and players in need. Though I don't have a mic, other servers have given me a shot and I think I've helped out with their servers a lot so I'm asking to help out here. Some strengths that I provide are Dedication, Loyalty, Activity, and Responsibility. First, I'm active every day and I will continue to be active while I'm staff, I have reached role play positions such as Head of SOD, SGM In the police, and CPL in SWAT. These positions show that I'm active and I spend lots of time on the server improving it in any way possible. I'm dedicated to anything I do, I will spend time making sure I'm the best I can be and be dedicated to being the best I can be as a staff member. Also, I'm a loyal member of Exhibition RP and I'm willing to spend my time helping the server and trying to help the community. Lastly, I'm a responsible person and will handle every situation I'm put into professionally and will assess the situation properly. I think the staff is the lifeblood of this community and I would like to show my appreciation for the community and show that I'm willing to help it in any way possible. From my time staffing on other servers and helping other communities I have learned that staff is a big role model to members and that they should look up to us in a good manner, I wish to show people that I'm here to help them and keep the server great. One of my goals as a staff member is to help make a change that the community will appreciate, I want to be more than just someone who takes sits I want to be someone who really makes a difference no matter what.
