Made me delete my base but other people are basing where its "against rules to base"

Explain what happened:A Couple days ago i was told by osama that i cant build at the gas station and he made me delete my whole base without even asking a higher up.Then jukko said i cant so now i dont ....but if its against the rules then why can other people build there and i cant.....I even called another admin(cant stop the rooster) to talk to the people currently basing there and he did nothing .....i said "I was told i cant base here so they cant eathier right?" he replied with "Ill make sure to tell people" Then flies off and does nothing. But the funny thing is.....Osama was basing with them earlier ...i want this taken care of because i spent a good 30 mins to an hour on my base,

I talked to him about his base, got slums and gas station mixed up.
