If so, why?: A: No Your Age: A: 17 Your Timezone: A: CTS/Central Time Played: A: I have played on server about 2-3 weeks and 3000+ hours on GMod on two accounts Staffing Experience (Optional): A: I have been staff on about 4 servers Mod and Admin and have owned my personal server for about a year and a half (SimplexRP) Why should you be accepted to the staff team?: A: I think I should be accepted to the team because I am efficient, non-biased, and respective. I am not a baby and will not get mad and throw a fit because I don't get the spot for staff. I will continue my day and continue playing Exhibition RP like as I was before. I think there should be more attention to the people that are getting rdmed, even though I think the staff is doing a wonderful job, I would like for the staff to be more responsive like not waiting about 5 minutes for RDM, FearRP, etc. I also think that I could improve that by still roleplaying and then giving time for server. I do think that even tho you are a staff member I think you should roleplay as well on you're own time while not being on duty the whole time, because you could get bored fast and that if people see staff roleplaying and having fun, doing bases, everyone else could follow them and do the same. Just curious, if you did, that would show you are dedicated :))) Also about your reason why, we take care of reports usually pretty quickly, either there aren't enough staff on or too many reports occurring... If you do become staff, don't expect to RP. You'll only have the chance to RP if there are not that many people on, your primary focus is taking sits. I have had to kick you multiple times just to stop you from minging and blatantly disrespecting everyone you come in contact with. -Never seen on discord -Not that great of an application, I suggest you rework you application a LOT if you get denied. -All the times ive seen him were negative situations that lead me to -Support. +Staffing experience I will possibly change my response depending on how my fellow staff members respond to your application. I suggest you get yourself more well known in the community, and be in/on the discord as much as you can. I personally have not RP'ed with you, so i dont know how you act around other people. All i know is that in my experience with you, you have been very disrespectful to me, and other people near you. Please, if you see me on the server, come talk to me. You seem like a cool guy, I see that you "may" have potential. But I just don't think you'd be the perfect fit for the staff. Fuck we all have our issues, but I think if you could better yourself into the community and further understand every situation, and don't be like me(I usually tend to forget stuff after a bit of time). Staffing takes a lot of time, and when I mean a lot. It takes a while to get used to. You fuck up, and boom that moment could be your last. You have personally told me in the past that i needed to kill myself because you were proven wrong for a aRDM sit. I Took it very personal, so i think you should be denied.
