Explain what happened: I was in a SIT for "RDA" and I knew the law stated guns out are AOS. I arrested him because he was shooting his gun and had it out. I told him just to warn me for RDA because I didn't have time to be in a sit. Then I realised that the law LITERALLY said that guns out are AOS. Therefore the warn was false. The law board says that the guns are AOS.

 

Evidence: There's no evidence he had the weapon which means more than likely this is going to get declined but the board says here:

I do not have hate towards Sheriff, but I just want to address this issue.

If you knew the law stated that guns out are AOS than why did you say "Warn me for Rda"? You know that you weren't in the wrong but you decided to be too lazy and didn't want to talk to a staff member for a whole 2 minutes? This is not a staff report. If you told him to warn you it is not his fault and he will not be punished, however if you can provide proof saying it was not RDA, the warning will be removed, otherwise the warn will remain.
