Retro was using godmode/eventmode during an RP situation (gang territory takeover) to gain an unfair advantage over countering players.

I don't see anything indicating that he's in event mode and I don't see no combine.
There is no noticeable health loss but I wish there was audio so we could hear if he was using armor.
imo completely possible that he never lost health and only armor, and I think reaper may get more armor at spawn.

I could be slightly mentally deficient but I ain't diagnosed so maybe I'm missing something idk

i dont think a cartel reaper is supposed to have this much hp lmfao

also no combine doesnt mean no adminmode. if u respawn in adminmode it removes combine model and yk u get the normal model
