(they are not superior imo) Why should you be accepted to the staff team? (One Paragraph): A: I like the server, I've been here in MBRP since 2019 and have had endless fun in it since first joining the community. I've been asking around and of all the staff team I have met with and asked recently, everyone I have spoken to including miskie have said it would be a good idea to apply because we need staff due to the low amount of staff at the moment when asked if it would be a waste of my time or if there are slots available for the position. the community is full of some great people that I enjoy spending time with and I enjoy that the server isn't full of corruption at all, it really makes me not want to take my own life the way other cancerous servers do with their whole staff teams jerking each other off like they do in smokes, where a council member blorp literally told me "yes i know only staff get to have the only weapon that can be used to raid and that isn't fair but that is just how the server is" balance is key in a community just as in everyday life IMO. idk after this many years of being part of the community I feel like maybe I should help out rather than always watching the other team members struggling talking about needing time to get to all the sits in chat because they are limited in the amount they can do. i really enjoy playing the game but since I cant financially support the server the way I would like to I am coming here to offer my physical support In the effort of keeping the community enjoyable for all players who wish to join. i know I haven't been "active" on the forums and don't have any posts but seeing as how all of us are being more lenient with the rules this time around, maybe we can see past that part and focus on the important things for now. I'm sorry if I talk too much in game and here I just feel like life is too short not to vocalize how I feel about things now How often can you be on the server?: A: every day I'm physically disabled and have emphysema and have depression Are you familiar with the rules?: A: yes Are you aware that you will lose a large amount of RP time on the server? A: yes Are you aware that you must be active on the discord/forums as well as in-game to keep a staff position if you are accepted? It is important to maintain being mature and professionalism as staff. Having a poor reputation within the community can significantly impact your chances of receiving a staff position.
