Just four minutes after I set him free, he gets arrested outside my base and processed, only to return the moment he is set free again. I shoot him as soon as he crosses the red box outside our base. He leaves the box, shoots back at us inside the base. At this point, I assume he's engaging us in battle, so I go out and finish the job. He reports me for RDM, and despite receiving only a verbal warning to be more careful and not shoot when it's the same class, I knew it was the same person due to their unique gun skin. They would consistently heal just on the edge of the base skirts, near the KOS line, and then cross again, baiting us into shooting them, thus claiming RDM. This type of behavior from staff isn't acceptable." Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc. This is required! Saying "just check server logs" isn't evidence.) Monke #monkegang Posted June 23, 2024 Share Posted June 23, 2024 when we were in the sit, the admin literally said, that there is no way of knowing it was me and that you literally were just shooting whoever was outside? also its not really NLR because it was 5m after I had been kidnapped which you just killed me anyway as shown in the video. I had no intentions of baiting you to shoot me, but when I passed by your base you or your friends had shot at me, therefore I shot back. Identifying someone based on their player model or gun skin makes no sense because anyone could be the same player model, and use the same gun skin. I was standing outside, on the other side of the street, a little to the side, sometimes a little bit more centered, but I was watching it. There were many instances in which you guys did crossfire wherever I was standing. I never reported, though, because I know it's crossfire, and I should move out of the way of a gunfight if I really cared enough to not get hurt. I can see that in the videos Monke is trolling, but he's not actually doing anything report-worthy since all of this was already handled in-game by a staff. Also, he has been accepted, but he is currently not staff; he is a user. This will most likely get denied because of the fact I previously stated. [+ Support] He was trolling/minging. [+/- Support] You knew what you were doing when you built the base and that it would attract attention. There were a lot of people there who were passing by that got shot and shot back. [- Support] The staff in question is a user, not staff You shot indiscriminately for a lot of the video through the door (backed up by my in-game POV). The screenshot provided of MOTD is irrelevant, as he did not engage in RP with you after the kidnap; he just came to annoy you. [Additional Comments] The reason he is not staff yet is because the higher management need to review his recent unban. _____________________________________________________________ Overall, just looking at the report I would say [+/- Support leaning on -Support] but like I said earlier, this will most likely be denied because he is not a staff member.
