Explain what happened: I was going around asking people if they believed in Jesus Christ (as a meme), if they said no I shot them. I did the same with JakeS and he told me to "fuck off" in which I shot him (RDM, for which I was warned). During the sit, JakeS repeatedly violated the harassment rule by calling me a homosexual slur (F*gg*t) repeatedly. He was gagged, then ungagged by the Senior Mod in charge of the sit, Banana Republic Minister. I was returned after being warned, and went to go visit the active streets of the server and ran into JakeS into which he came up to me, knife drawn, and called me the same slur (violation of the harassment rule once more), in which I shot him (RDM, which I was jailed later for by Banana). During the sit after I shot him, he immediately started to call me the same slur. This is a clear act of harassment, unprofessionalism, and clear homophobia (I'm not even gay) by a staff member against community members. I have been punished for all stated wrongdoing, but this Moderator has not seen as much as a demotion or strike. I ask that Management and Senior Staff review and decide to exercise their authority to discipline and demote JakeS from staff for this.

Me telling you to "shut up" and "faggot" is 1, Not against server rules and 2, Harassment needs to be seen in a specific way. Jus because the rules say its not limited it is limited to wither it is or isn't harassment. Plus Banana the S MOD was taking the sit and I talked to him after and he stated that I had not put my position into a point were I was "harassing you" and at the time if I was "harassing" you, why did you not make a in-game sit... Seems to me your mad because the sit did not go your way... But hey that's just mu thoughts I would rather the managers deal with this issue.

And to add in the 2nd clip you can see your Text screen in front of my base and in the 2nd clip its jus you straight up RDM'ing me that proves me point where your mad the first sit didn't go your way and you decided to take your anger out by RDM'ing me

The definition of harassment can be seen in the screenshot above. I also already stated that there were two RDM sits that were handled. The use of those slurs is, by definition, harassment via verbal abuse. The fact you even try and excuse your actions by trying to say “it’s okay” to say it is disgusting and insulting to society on a wide scale. Just because you get shot doesn’t give you the right to unleash a line of slurs and act like the person who shot you is a piece of shit on your shoe. You are a staff member and you clearly had no professionalism nor integrity when it comes to representing yourself or the staff team. This wasn’t even an isolated incident, you did this on three separate occasions seen in the clips.

I don't clearly understand either side enough to make a reasonable +/- support. I was taking rdm reports which later evolved into harassment. With the supposed instigator being a staff member, I could only recommend to tale clips and submit a report. I told Jake if he continued, it was likely that he would be reprimanded but by no means did my judgement extend to relieving him from the responsibility of his own actions.

After further interactions from JakeS, whilst I haven't received an apology, I am obliged to say that after further review of his recent actions (whether out of embarrassment or disregard), that the three incidents shown have been isolated to just that day. I'm no longer asking for a full demotion or removal of staff, it seemed like an honest slip up or just a rough night. I will let management do what they want to--as this should still be a reprimand, but I am dialing down the request of punishment.

He was being unprofessional in the sit by calling you the f-slur but it is clear from the clips and your own words that you were RDMing him repeatedly and that causes frustration in anyone.
