Explain what happened:

sooooo long story. Theres this guy name "Humo Dungus" whos going around and taunting everyone. I go over to mugger watch him and he sets a mug on me. I get up and shoot Humo because i saw him put a mugger on me and I get warned for Rdm by Popo. He says he asked gurm if thats allowed and I don't know if he actually did.. There was literally no proof for anything because logs dont show shit and I guess the kill replay isn't a feature anymore.

I have nothing agains Mr Popo but I want to see the actual rule and if its a rule I would like to make a complaint about that rule

Well you can't really just kill the person who put the mugger on you, you kinda have to kill the guy who's actually attacking you (the mugger)
