He came to me. Saw the guy had left the server He then said there was nothing he could do (Even though there should have been more than enough proof in logs (Don't think he even checked)) And ended the sit. I said that there was prob enough stuff in logs to get the rdmer banned. He never responded. I assume he just didn't... Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc.) Server logs. You cannot ban for LTAP if the user left before the sit. No one knows that users side of the story. Don't make reports on staff who are just doing their job. If that's actually a thing then you guys should change something up. If logs show or it looks like someone is RDMing and they leave before the sit you guys can easily just ban them and tell to appeal on the forums for their side of the story. After a while it was made clear that the only way this current punishment rule will work is if they have a way to track the ids of people that ltap.
