Explain what happened: (context) rooster brought me to a sit and told me to delete some laws i made as mayor. He never mentioned some laws so i assumed there was no problem with them and i was allowed to have them. Haze makes it his mission to prove to me those laws are conflicting with the rules, and that rooster never gave me permission to have those. Apparently fesh told him rooster didnt give me permission and that i should remove them. (now that your filled in, i can move on.)     I reword some of them like he has told me to do, and then tells me that the rewording is also conflicting with law 3 (printers and meth are illegal) I say im going to go check if thats a rule (that you cant have laws conflict with other laws) when he kicks me for refusing to delete them, I never refused to delete them and he never gave me a chance to defend myself.

Illegal laws, You didn't remove them, You got kicked, Period.

1. You cannot legalize everything (later you tried to legalize printers!)

2. You cannot 'deputize' or have bodyguards that aren't the guard class (They were raiding classes)

3. Law 7 was conflicting, You cannot disallow default server laws/rules

I checked over CP Rules and saw nothing of that sort other than the conflicting server rules part. Seeing as Laws are RP, if you were role playing correctly you would know that by "everything" i mean everything in game. Laws arent OOC things.  There is no rule stating i cannot deputize another class. I also said "OK?" when I said i was going to check over the rules, implying that i am asking for approval. You did not respond and instead kicked me for refusal, when I never refused to remove them at all! There is no rule that says I cannot have conflicting laws. I also only did this because you cannot remove law 3.

 

also, I was stating I had an indirect approval from a higher up.

They didnt conflict with rules, they conflicted with LAWS. Ingame LAWS.

1. You may only base in the PD with other CP members but it must be available to all other forms of government/CP. You may only party with other government.

I don't see 'permission' in law 4, all I see is non-pd past 2nd door are AOS.

the mayor dictates the laws, therefore I can give them permission to come into the PD. Also, they weren't basing with me but they were staying as guests.

You did not give me 5 minutes, the sit was literally like 1 minute long. I had just gotten back from being AFK when I saw I was in a sit, you told me to reword them, I tried, Kicked for refusal when I deleted the ones you told me to, and reworded them; like you also told me.

Found it funny how stuff was illegal then you had a law that stated "everything is legal"

 

 

Just cause i spoke over some with you doesn't mean anything. The ones that were awful got removed. 

 

When a staff requests you to change something, we expect it ASAP. Although haze was a little jumpy to kick that quick, i'll talk with him about it, but if a law creates stacks of RDA sits, we will have you remove laws. If laws are fishy and make no sense, we will have you remove them.
