A: I have a lot of experience with Arma 3 staffing and was senior administrator on some old gmod servers.

Why should you be accepted to the staff team?:

A: I have a lot of experience with administering servers, talking, and interacting with other communities. Even though I have made many mistakes on my time on other servers, and it has helped me become who I am today. Without making those mistakes and having the people there to correct me on them, I would have kept doing them and probably would have been permanently removed from this community or any others. Being said, with all my time on other servers (Arma mostly) and a little bit of time on this server I have a lot of experience and I know the basic rules and I know how to properly conduct myself when I am around other people. 

Additional Info (Optional):

A: I understand I don't have a lot of time on the server but I think I can plan to dedicate most if not all my time on pc to administering.
