Admins ban reason (Why he/she claimed they banned you): Threatening to break , staff diss, harassment. Explain why you were banned and why it was false: I was already jailed for the "staff diss" so this shouldn't even be included. I said fuck exhibition, I'm not sure if that's the harassment or not. And all i said was "i cant wait til im out of jail" and he said "oh threatening to break rules, huh? Then typed !xban. I just wanna see proof or evidence for why I was banned. If this can't be provided, then why was I banned? Did you break any rules to get banned?: not that i wasn't already punished in game for. You were feeling pretty chill but getting a little angry and a bit rude to other players, as when i jailed someone for rdm, you laughed at them. (Also you were banned for 1 Day, 6 Hours. 1 Day for Harassment x4, and 6 Hours for FailRP.) Also your ban reason is incorrect, you forgot to add in FailRP, and then continue to say you were jailed for Staff Disrespect, Harassment was added onto your jail 3 times. You were NOT jailed for almost 900 Seconds (15 Mins) you were jailed for almost 4 mins. You were jailed for FailRP. When i jailed you you continued to say disrespectful/harassing things. I asked you to stop, at which you continued. (Remember your harassment sit where you had multiple people reporting you for something in OOC < Totally didn't help you, something doesn't erase from your history) Your jail was extended. When i left, you said "@ fucking suck my dick faggot". I teleport to you and tell you not to abuse admin chat in such ways. You continue to say "Fuck you, You're shit at your job, Kill yourself." (Don't forget you were gagged near the x2 part) I ask you to stop AGAIN, in which case you say "Wait until i get out of this jail, Fuck Exhibition, Fuck Miskie" which i personally take offensive and is disrespectful to our community and our owner who keeps this going for us. TeddaTheMan Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 I don't think harassment is breaking any rules cause there are no rules on harassment for a reason(muting is also a thing to do), staff diss is a jail and threatening to break rules might not mean he will break the rules, you cant just ban him cause he said "just wait till I get out of here", you can only ban if he does break a ton of rules not just by word. since Joaquin can be a hot head just maybe 5 hours would be good.
