Willy Mammoth Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 Your in-game name: Elton John Staff members name: Neonex moguku Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): dunno i got wrongly banned by him Explain what happened:So first off here's some context, I raided a base and died with a friend still raiding so I went back to the area he was in to wait for him to finish when I suddenly got pulled into my base by him with a Physgun I'm pretty sure I wasn't looking at my screen because I was waiting and then immediately I hear an inaudible screaming noise of words such as "Idiot, Minge, I hate people like you" So upon hearing this I ask if he's OK then he pulls me down to his "Base" You'll learn why Base is in quotes shortly and once we are grounded he starts rapidly shacking me with his physgun and says THIS IS MY BASE REMOVE YOURS IT'S ABOVE MINE! So I ask for a second opinion and the guy who came lil hitlar didn't know what was going on because when the person agreed to take the case he started screaming again and I would just like to mention he probably isn't an age where he would be responsible enough to handle the great stress of being staff member of this great community so Neonex's "Base" has nothing in it and he says "I want to build up above and have a taller building" And my building overhangs the building he is trying to build in, So some more context, before this incident occurred he caught me in the crossfire so I shot back of course and he died, then he began shooting me for being around or on his front porch, but, he had a KOS Sign so no rule breaking there, I became mad so I started robbing, raiding and killing him to the point he became angered, so after a while of banter and fighting I return to my base and return to normal business and then raided as I said in the start; Now, back to the situation, he continued to scream to point where I became angered and began to yell back at him, after 15 minutes or so of me trying to convince him to get a deal of sort that if he moved his base immediately He did He would be banned for lying to staff, in this case the staff was lil hitlar. After being jailed, gagged for yelling back, by by our legend Neonex of course, and being shook by a Physgun furiously for about 15 minutes I was kicked and when I returned, of course, his base was gone, I called for a Staff Member and lil hitlar came and said there was nothing he could do, about 30 seconds later Neonex arrived, upset and confused, as I bought the doors to "His Base" Which he sold minutes ago and I also Repasted the base that over hangs it and he got upset screaming again that it was a MegaBase, and it was, so I deleted it this time, and he still was mad yelling, shaking me, and utterly abusing his rank which I believe he is unfit and undeserving of, I received a 2 day ban and the message was, wait for it, Illegal base, minge, and the only true yet false aswell part of the message, RDMx1 Which of course was false yet again because first of he did his own case for it, secondly he was shaking me and I got tired of it so I shot, as a result I was jailed for 300 seconds, no reason for that to be in the ban reason. thank you for reading my report it was very lengthy but all of it was true. have a nice day! Your base overhanged another person property, and the base was literally large. 3. Didn't change your ban, I kept it the same message. Ask Matt. 4. You stole weapons twice coming back twice to steal them, and you didnt advert at all, aka FAILRPx2, + the rdm of me inside my base when you "Raided" which was false, because you were not abiding your raid cooldowns and mug cooldowns. 5. You aRDMed while I was showing you something that you said I had when I did not. You RDMed me later inside my base after I had kicked you and rejoined. 6. You kept talking over me and I told you to stop and you did not, therefore I gagged you. I did not grab you with any physgun during that time. 7. Explanation of ban: RDM, aRDM: Self explanatory; I did not jail you for the RDM, Hitlar / some other moderator who was helping me did. Minge: After kicking you, you came back and repasted the base. You did NOT delete it. I gave you a full minute to remove it or you would be kicked again. And you replied "No, youre a fuckin 12 year old faggot" and lots of other name callings towards me. I did not punish you for that. Failing to remove an illegal base: You already said it was illegal so why the fuck are you making a staff report on me because of it? FailRPx3: Already explained, you stole 2 shipment of guns w/o adverting and I even checked your inventory, and you had 2 shipments of the weapons you stole. The other one, I didn't jail you for. You were jailed for FAILRP before and I rejailed you to 900 later on because you FAILRP'ed again. Staff disrespect: Again, self explanatory. You called me, hitlar, and other moderators faggots and kept insulting me just because I was asking you very nicely to remove the props on the side of your base that hang over another persons base. But no, it had to escalate to this. 8. I removed my base because Jimmy told me to. 9. I wasn't shaking you, I was simply shift noclipping to the side where I was showing you, NOT SHAKING. You said "no dont grab me with your dirty ass physgun" and shot me. I brought you back then jailed you because, youre obviously shooting me in a sit. 10. You then went and complained to StatTrak Matt on discord after I had banned you. All in all, if you would have just removed your props that hanged on my base, this would have NEVER happened. He didn't RDM anyone and all the other stuff and the staff member Neoix or what ever his name is broke rules to and I came upload evidence if needed. You and Dale are friends therefore this is literal bias. I dont know how I broke rules because I was doing sits. Witnesses arent proof either because they can be bias, therefore you still do not have proof. You can deal with the ban, or continue to whine at matt who doesnt really care or whine on here. Immortality Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 This story does not make much sense to me, though i do know your base about made my game crash every time i went near it, and it was covering every part of the wall from the spawn tunnel to the next tunnel on the same wall. Proof of the accusations would be nice. Sounds to me like Neonix took his own sit with the Raid thing, im not sure.
