Mister Tuttles Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Your in-game name: Sergei Tuttles Staff members name: Keegzor Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_1:1:163644571 Explain what happened: I was standing with three guys by the names of vortexslayer999, GamerAttorney, Taco Doge when we ran into a gun dealer self supplying (Flower Boy) and one of them shot him but didnt kill him so flower gave us a bunch of guns but the others were getting all the shipments so I adverted warn back away or kos 3 times for them and then killed all three of them. Once they died, as you see in the video, I got a bunch of shipments from flower then told him I would put some shipments into my bank so I had room for more. When I got to the bank I got jailtpd for 300 seconds and immediately the SITX Keegzor told me I rdmd three people and was caught self supplying. After some yelling and me getting pissed off that I was instantly jailed instead of given a fair sit I called another admin because Keegzor jumped off the roof leaving me jailed and when the new admin (dxlutional) got there Keegzor was back and physgunned dxlutional away so I couldnt tell him what was happening. then a third staff (Immortality) came over and stayed silent and watched until I got gagged and I tried to call Miskie (Miskie was on earlier) but every time I made another report Keegzor would close it right away with the reason being "Make a report on the forums" then immortality unjailed me ungagged me and dragged me to a different roof to hear my side of what happened. about 2 minutes later Keegzor came over and jailed me for 600 seconds saying I had three people saying I RDMd them. Voided Out Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 If I saw you complaining in adminchat about a staff's decision ingame I would tell you to take it to forums too. There is a rule that states you aren't to argue a staff member's decision ingame, but rather to bring it here. Just a little input. Not going to say anything about the other stuff. Can't Stop The Rooster Posted February 16, 2018 Share Posted February 16, 2018 The warns were invalid, you warned all three of those players for no reason, they did nothing and just cause they are around you, does not mean you can just warn them to back off, especially when they were around there for a very long time and not threatening you or anyone else. Staff may jailtp you if they feel you are rdming, there's nothing wrong with jailtping someone if you did nothing wrong, you would get unjailed. The staff member made it clear he was taking precautions which is why he jailtp'd you. The approach was a bit odd, which i've informed him to work on, but once again, jailing on teleportation is not looked down apon as he was taking precautions. If there was a possible massRDMer and he brought them to a sit and killed you, he took precautions. I will speak with him about handling sits smoother. He's new to staffing for us and he's not use to dealing with people who generally yell and handled the sit a bit rough. He's been informed to take it more professional. Thank you for your report.
