Have you ever been punished on ExhibitionRP? If so, why?:
A: Yes for RDM cause i didnt advert counter and instead adverted warn1/2/3 hit the wrong bind.

Why should you be accepted to the staff team?:
A: I think i should be accepted to the staff team because i love the people and the server the community is one of the best ive seen in years.
I am very active on the server making it my goal to get on every night.
I work in customer Service and am very good at it, i mean i wouldnt have a job or house if i wasnt. i know i havnt had staff expirience but i
am willing to learn and be an active part of the team. I've played garrys mod since i was 9 and have alot of expierience within the game it self and can teach/learn from others. I have been known to be a fast learner and a very understanding person I am certainly different and would love for ExhibitionRP to give me a chance.That is why I think i should be accepted into the staff.

actually no, -1. i remember you.

have had sits where you were immature

slightly hot headed

not really known on all levels of the community. it took me a fat ass minute to remember who you were.

if you are to get accepted, please mature a lil. just saying

(tbh, ive been gone for a while but i remember who you are. you kept spamming me because of the cinema glitch one night...)

I have asked about the cinema glitch twice and gurm and dangerousenough took both cases I have recently started on this server about two weeks now I'm sure it was a different papa there are a lot of them but thank you for your constructive comment I will try and improve my app, is there anything specific. :) -->

Your app is pretty much saying you're good with customer service, and this job is nothing like customer service. As staff, not only do you have to solve problems, you have to heavily investigate and understand a scenario in the fullest and be able to apply server rules to the scenario. You must have experience in my opinion to be able to react to certain things happening, like someone who starts MassRDA'ing or MassRDM'ing several people at a time. My personal experience with you is you're pretty mingy, and you aren't very active on Discord or the Fourms.

I would have to disagree that this is not like customer service maybe not exactly but it does have some similarity's like problem solving I have to solve tons of problems everyday that are often time difficult and tedious and the whole server rule and Appling it same with customer service but instead of server rule its store policy, I don't expect you to understand as not everyone has worked customer service. Thank you though for your feedback, if there is anything else that needs changed let me know. :)
