Casual
lYour in-game name: JamieK Staff members name: Romanian Staff member SteamID(http://steamidfinder.com/): STEAM_0:1:69397572 Explain what happened: I was hotel manager and I was building my defenses so I placed down a music e2 which in no way is against the rules and also the hotel is technically my property. Someone complained about the music and I was told to remove it even though it is not against the rules. In this situation I feel like this is like a staff member telling someone to RDM 7 people even thought it is against the rules or telling them to remove a base the is not against the rules. I also want to say that I use this e2 everyday with out any problems from any other staff member and also Master came and looked at it and did nothing about it. I would also like to point out that this staff member also told me a lot of other false info that was not in the rules. It also clearly states in the rules you can use them for music i.e E2s are to be used for building/RP purposes only. (i.e. Gun shops, advertisement signs, music, bases, etc.) E2 holograms are to be used for building purposes only. (i.e. Decoration, advertisement, aesthetics, etc.) For example saying you cant have a KOS sign a Hotel Manager and that Music E2s weren't allowed even though 75% of the server uses them. I think this staff member needs to read the rules again in order to be able to fully understand them. Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc.) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1372958313 couldn't get any evidence but the music e2 I was using because it was all voice chat. fesh
E2s are to be used for building/RP purposes only. (i.e. Gun shops, advertisement signs, music, bases, etc.) E2 holograms are to be used for building purposes only. (i.e. Decoration, advertisement, aesthetics, etc.) on your property or not, there is no rule that states you cant have a music e2 in public or on your property, and on request to remove a music e2 you do not have to unless requested by staff, but there should be no reason for staff to ask you to remove your music e2 when there are no rules against them
Shallow
yeah if staff tells you to remove something especially if the e2 is audible on the main road, you gotta remove it
fesh
thanks for agreeing with me, but in any case there wasnt really a proper reason for him to have asked for it to be removed lol
Romanian Cunt
For example saying you cant have a KOS sign a Hotel Manager and that Music E2s weren't allowed even though 75% of the server uses them. I think this staff member needs to read the rules again in order to be able to fully understand them. I was told by another staff member that hotel managers can not have a KOS sign, my fault about that, and I never said Music E2s were never aloud. I said delete it or change the volume. Simply because you put the E2 right next to their door. 4. If a staff member asks you to remove an E2, then you must remove it.
Can't Stop The Rooster
Was this E2 near/next to someone's base? If other players can hear the music from their base, it's too loud and needs to be turned down so it does not cause a disturbance of other players basing near you. Which of course Wiremod Rule 4 would come into play in this situation.
Romanian Cunt
Just now, Can't Stop The Rooster said: Was this E2 near/next to someone's base? You were on the very bottom floor when I arrived to ask you to delete it. The E2 was at the very top floor.

I'm not saying you're in the wrong, I'm not saying the staff member is in the wrong as the way he responded to it was not incorrect, just not looked at more clearly. Please just quite down your E2s so we do not have to deal with pointless sits of players complaining about the obnoxious music.
