Explain what happened: I was broat to sit on the street with him because I owned one of his uncrowned door and then he killed after I sold it and was waiting for him or other staff to return me no said sit over or wny thing he just advert  leave or die  3 time while I was still in the area of the sit and killed me

I watched the video, that looks like blatant rdm to me. There was no reason for him to warn you in the first place, but I can't do anything so just wait until rooster looks at this.

it wasnt even a sit anymore. i called the sit because zoro stole my front door. he sold it, i bought it, and the sit was done. i warned him 3 times to leave my base area and he didnt.

In the video, the sit was about the door, not the illegal base part right? We also see zoro unown the door to let Joaquin own it so he buys it right after right? After doing so  the sit should have been over, then an argument(which should have been stopped by staff) went on, then Joaquin warned him to get off the property that he owned after buying the front door then shot him. So that means Joaquin never did anything wrong. Plus he was kicked(by himself) so I don’t get why this is still here.

i didnt make you sell the door. i called a sit. rhe staff who took the sit made you sell it. which they should of. i was speaking privately with rooster and went afk. someone even tho i owned all the other doors, you managed to buy the front one. all my props were there. it was clear i was using the base.

The door the victim sold was the door that determines the ownership of the base.

 

Zoroark, you owned that base.

 

Joaquin, you do not own that base, you are to remove your props and move out. 

 

 

The use of the warning system was invalid, this is a SIT revolving a base, which means it was taken on the ground. That's the sitting area, RP is on halt when a sit is being done. There's no reason for warning him. RDM in SIT has occurred.

 

Now, when it comes to a Staff Strike, this was an RP situation. Not a staff using administrative powers. Staff strikes are not handed out unless rules are EXCESSIVELY being broken by a staff member.

 

If this staff member, Joaquin, is caught acting out like this again, he will be given staff strike or possibly a demotion. Staff members breaking rules is not expected and tolerated. All staff members are expected to know the rules and be a better example to players.
