Explain what happened: I was online last night and had four-five officers attempt to kill/taze/arrest me. I managed to kill them all with a shotgun. I had 100 HP before the ordeal and 10HP after. I made an appeal about it and I was banned for 24 hours, they closed the appeal which is totally bullshit. Claimed I had "Enough Time' when not everyone gets on all day. People have shit to do. The appeal shouldn't be taken down until the end of the ban, that just shows he doesn't want to do his job. So can you explain why I have to have evidence to protect myself when the staff member who banned me doesn't. The closest thing I had to evidence is a couple of witnesses. I couldn't take screenshots because nobody reported RDM on me. Absolutely nobody! I was called over and Joaquin said "Why did you kill all those people" I explained to him in the fullest extent, but as soon as another staff member showed up that I called he banned me. Instantly. I can't check logs, that should be your "Head-Admins" duty, but he cant be bothered... I asked him what evidence I could possibly have and all he said was "Video". You cannot expect a player to always have their screen recording. I would love to show you a chat log on what happened or a death/damage log. But the head admin told me they clear. SO in that case I am INNOCENT unless PROVEN GUILTY. This is ridiculous due to the simple fact I did nothing wrong. If nobody reports you to staff why can they just interrupt by what they see on the kill feed in the top corner of their screen. Why would I have wanted proof, nobody claimed it was RDM. He simply had a stupid hunch because I killed a couple people. I even adverted raid and they all were fucking there trying to stop it. But if the court cannot provide evidence on why I should be booked, I would never go to jail/prison due to insufficent evidence. BOOM Thunder you don't know shit. TO be falsly convicted there would be people accusing me of such crime, PEOPLE not a single person! I have people that can vouche for me on that I did not RDM. I guarantee the players I even killed wouldnt say it was RDM. If I were accused I would need an attorney, I'd love to get one because I didn't do shit. Casual Posted May 10, 2018 Share Posted May 10, 2018 Ok it’s only a 24 hour ban so yeah but here is what I have to say. to be fair I do think that staff should have to have some form of proof that he mass rdmed not just logs because that only shows that he killed people not the exact reason why. Neither side has enough proof to make a conclusion to the case . If some one RDMed a person, then claimed they took their entities you wouldn’t just jail without the reporter having proof that he didn’t take the entities, so I feel like this case falls under that category. And if no one reported the case then I feel like it shouldn’t have even been handled or you could have spectated him to see if he was actually mass RDMing.  Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
