Explain what happened: I was playing chess and I won after i won I pulled out my vape and Vaped on the Checkers game he was playing i was instantly jailed with no warning 

 

Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc.) You may have to turn up the Volume but you can hear that i don't get a warn

Okay for one, staff intimidation isn't okay. "If you jail me I swear to God I'll make a staff report and have you demoted" that's not okay.

For two. YOU were warned before this video, before casual was jailed. And he's already talking about the jail in this vid.

For three. Its clear you knew it wasn't okay, cause casual was jailed already, and you were laughing the whole time, knowing u were being a minge.

Lastly, you can see my mic icon above my head before you were jailed, warning you yet again. This video is shitty cause all you can hear is your discord call.

All in all, you were mingling, you WERE warned, and you were punished.

Regardless. He knew casual was jailed for it. He knew it wasnt okay. He clearly did it to minge, and he was warned. He heard the warning while he was playing chess. He cut the video to make it suite him. Post the whole video, from you sitting down and playing chess to the moment you got jailed. Then let's see if he didnt hear the warn.

Regardless of how long you were playing, you heard other players warned for it. Meaning you knew it wasn't okay.

Poppy has hella hours. If I have to warn for clearly minging when he has 115 hours that's ridiculous. He was warned. You can see my mic moving in the video BEFORE he was jailed. Who's fault is it he was in a call and couldn't hear me over it? It's surely not my fault.

I mean he knows its not allowed you dont NEED to warn someone, you be a obvious minge you get jailed. With that logic its like oh i didnt get warned when i rdmed the guy but still got jailed

If you rewatch your own vid you'll clearly hear your friend talking about how he got jailed for vaping on the checkers table. How do you get mad for getting jailed for the exact same reason? were you trying to get jailed to make a report?

Not needed to warn or not, joaquin did in fact warn Poppy(even though he didnt have to,poppy continued to minge) so therfore he was jailed

Now that I've said my piece on this. I will be leaning in favor of Joaquin. Poppy was minging. Even if you did move rather rapidly, he was punished for the amount that the staff member felt was adequate, even though it wasn't the appropriate amount, it was under it, therefore Poppy was let off easy.

I was also there and Poppy was doing it on purpose and immediately got agitated with the all staff members near. Just my perspective also uh, can someone define minging?

Threatening staff with a staff report? You have no idea what it takes to get demoted around here. Do not ever try to intimidate staff members, this will make staff members not want to take your sits, and with the way you're acting. I wouldn't punish them for not wanting to.

 

You were simply being a minge and vaping on the tables that are causing an issue for players to play.

 

The jail seems fine to me. Closed.

Vaping on the chess/checker tables while people are playing is considered minging, cause when you do that they can't see the game they are trying to play. This is a jailable offense so that makes this "Report" invalid. Also saying "I swear to god if you jail me I will make a staff report and get you demoted Six-Eyes" really pisses me off, people like you think that you can just threaten to report a staff member for doing their job, you are lucky I wasn't there cause I would have banned you for saying that.
