A: Why should you accept me? Well, I think all the good qualities in that of a staff member is to be optimistic, caring and respect. I like to think that I have all those qualities and I know that you need all of these qualities during a sit and talking to people over your role. There's alot of qualities that make up a good work person and I think the ones listed above are the qualities I can bring to the table as a staff member and person, and this is the reason I think you should let me be a staff member.

I don't think I was clear enough, you need to add more words, fix your grammar and spelling, act like you're writing an essay, if that helps.
