Explain what happened:

Joaquin had kicked me for "Refusing to remove an exceptionally large base"

I did refuse to do this as I know for a fact that players had not complained about this. Thunder, a moderator, can testify as he has been watching sits. No player has complained. Not to mention the fact that there was a second "exceptionally large base" right next to ours, which was also a blackout base. Joaquin continued to tell me that I have to remove the base but would not tell me the exact reason why. He claimed that he had received complaints from other players but would not show this to any of us. Please note that this base was not disrupting any player's RP experience.

Evidence (screenshots, video, chat log, etc. This is required!)

Unfortunately my video had been corrupted but I did record a separate audio track so I did get his conversation on recording. My voice wasn't recorded due to my push to talk key being different than my in-game one.

This was the extent of the base, I had to re-outline it due to being kicked and the props being removed. The one prop on the far right sticking out above the NPC's head, represents the Opium drop off.

Please note that all players were able to access all 3 of the NPC's, as well as the dumpster. Nothing was prohibiting that. Also note that there was 4 of us basing here, each of us had one of those rooms.

Nothing was illegal about that base. It has been brought to my attention that you had told Axis originally, not me. This information was not given to me so that is incorrect. I had begun recording at the time you had told me to remove the "base". That "base" you told met to remove was our Opium drop off section, not a base. Furthermore, I did not ignore any request, it was more of an order. I simply refused to remove the section as it was not disrupting any player's RP experience.

I literally said in your video "failure to remove an exceptionally large base" idk why you said I didnt give you a reason.

That is not really a particular reason as it did not disrupt anyone's RP experience.

I personally was watching these guys make their base. The opium dropoff was perfectly fine, it was not reported by any players, It didn't disrupt any other players RP experience, and it wasn't blocking and NPCs

Yes it does fall within rules. The rules say any exceptionally large base isnt allowed. And your base/opium drop off or whatever you wanna call it, was exceptionally large.

Rule 9 of Building and Basing says Hobos, DJ’s and Dealers are the only class allowed to build on or around sidewalks/fountain area/in tunnels/on roads without blocking access to property, entities, NPS, etc. These structures must not be excessively large (A staff member may determine what is considered “excessively large”).

None of these structures were built on the sidewalks, nor were blocking access to property or any entities/NPCs. As the rule was written, it is pertaining to structures that are violating this, as ours did not.

None of those are the reasons it had to be removed. And it was reported to me, not thru a sit, but it was. The base was stupid big, and he was asked to remove it by staff OTHER than me. Which he refused, so I was asked to come to the situation.

Hmm, watching players build megabases and letting them think it's okay. Nice.

I had not been "requested" to remove the base by anyone but you. If you are pertaining this to me, pertain it to Axis. As far as he has told me, you were the one that had originally asked him to remove his portion of the base. One Fist had not complained to either of us, he was just in our base about 15 minutes ago, chilling.

I dont need to describe it. If he feels it wasnt illegal, he should prove why.

How can he prove if it was legal this is the whole point of the report because he feels that his base was legal. Describe it or provide proof of the "Big base" nothing is "too big" unless it was fraktic building it.
