Fixed money exploit in Hobo donation boxes. Added a jail timer to show how much time is left in jails Added a check if you leave while jail and join back you will continue to be jailed. Fixed exploit in rprotect Fixed battering rams from being able to unfreeze any prop, it now can only target fading doors on bases.
